A lot of my rose bush leaves are turning yellow and falling off. I water them, put on fungicide, feed them and they keep falling off. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to remedy the situation?

Several things can factor in to this happening and it really sounds like you are not doing anything wrong, it is likely heat stress. The next 4 to 5 times your roses need watering, water them with some water that has both a good root stimulator and a product called Super Thrive mixed in it. Mix both products in the same water as if they were the only thing you are adding. The root stimulator helps get the root system some energizing and the super thrives vitamins and hormones help the roses deal with any shock or stress they are dealing with.
