Is there a faster way to get rose leafs sprouting?

Not really. The timing has to be just right to get them to sprout at all. Also if you bought rose seeds on-line be aware that many of them are unfortunately a scam to get your money…. Some are weed or other plant seeds while some are just small clumps of organic matter that will never do anything.
