rosemary or lavender

Zone gLEN bURNIE,md.21060 | amnoi1 added on September 14, 2015 | Answered

My plant is Neighbor says it is lavender with no flowers. Bush is about 16 inches high with about 15-20 vertical limbs. The "leaves" feel oily to the touch and have a very pungent odor. Rosemary or lavender? What do I have?

Both plants have a similar appearance, growing pattern and both plant would have a oily pungent smell and feel.

Here are links with information about both plants.

You can send us an image if you still can not identify the plant.
