Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHalf of my favourite rosemary bush Has died off. I’ve not been watering it, and it has flourished in the same location over the last couple of years. There seems to be some odd growths on the branches. Any idea what could be causing this?

If you haven't cut those branches off, go ahead and cut them off. I tried zooming in on the photo and those growths could be scale, which is an insect pest. Here is information that should help:
