Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have two large rosemary bushes (about 2ft x 2ft). Unfortunately, we had a very harsh winter (-20 degrees) and some parts of the plants have not grown. In fact, they have turned brown and dropped their leaves (twigs). Do I prune back the plants so the dead parts are removed or do I just prune slightly and see what happens?
