Need to know if rosemary can withstand high heat, +90F and in full sun. I live in Florida, so my yard gets very sunny and hot.

Yes, rosemary is known as a heat-tolerant and sun-loving plant. The only issue would be if you have poor drainage so that your yard stays wet for extended periods, which rosemary might not like (see the article below). Otherwise, it should do fine in your garden.
