Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comNeed to speak with someone about above problem. I have sprayed the roses, but, they look horrible. Do I dig up all of them. Not positive that this is the disease that they have but from what I’ve read and seen, it seems it may be.
