Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted a Rose of Sharon “tree” last year. It seemed to be doing good but it is now the first of July and only a small number of branches have begun sprouting buds. The other branches all are pliable and green under the bark but no buds yet. I had noticed the small tree moved could be tipped easily and think it didn’t take root properly. Is it too late to save it now?
