Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have harvested seeds from my bush, planted them and they are 1-2″ so far. Will I be able to plant them outside this year, if so when should I put them out?

As soon as danger of frost has passed (which it has!) , your seedlings can be planted out.
Make sure you harden off the seedlings by slowly acclimating them to the outdoors.
