Rose Mildew

I live in France, my rose has developed mildew on the petals.
How should I treat it?

Here in the USA we have a product called Green Cure that when applied at the Cure Rate listed on the label, works famously at stopping and controlling Powdery Mildew. It is also an Earth Friendly product. I believe you can obtain a similar product in France that is called Mil-Stop. It should be available on-line at Amazon.com and perhaps other gardening websites.
