Q.Rose buds aren’t opening and it the end of June
I have 3 large David Austin standard roses and 12 bushes around, all covered in buds and have been for a month or more. Not one bloom has opened yet although in a sunny position. Yes they are fed and watered regularly. Help please!

The buds will open when they are ready to; there is much going on inside those buds that we just do not see. Austin roses are so full of petals that it takes them some time to get fully developed inside. The buds appear to be swelling nicely and showing color, all of which is very good!
If for some reason the rose buds were to just all at once start looking sick and falling off, then there would be a problem that is likely caused by thrips.
