Q.Roots Growing Outside Sideways From This Ornamental Spider Plant Bush In My Backyard
Roots growing out from under plant sideways after cutting the roots back how do I get them to grow up not sideways. Don’t want to kill the bush.

I can't find a resource for spider plant bush so I am assuming you have a variety of the household type spider plant. They are known for large, fleshy roots, so your plant probably just needs to be divided. Dig it up and divide it and replant the extras or give them away. Make sure the soil is fertile and well drained. Here is more:
