Q.My apricot looks like it is dying

Anonymous added on July 25, 2015 | Answered

Root of apricot tree was cut back. Tree looks like it is dying with leaves falling off and all wilted and some yellow. The tree is about 20 yrs old. What to do to save? There was landscaping done and roots were cut back and cement poured.

The plant is stressed and likely needs watering.
Treat is as a newly planted tree. Daily water for the first 2 weeks and then you can cut back.
