Roma Tomatoes Look Ripe but Green Inside

Roma tomatoes look ripe but when peeled, the wall of the tomato is mostly green. Plants and tomatoes are blemish free and beautiful. Could this be caused by heat?

It could be caused by heat or poor air circulation. The ethylene gas that ripens tomatoes may have been trapped around the fruit, which caused them to ripen unevenly.
