Q.Rhododendrons

Zone Castleford West Yorkshire | M.Swinley added on June 5, 2015 | Answered

At this time of year, we planted a young Rhododendron, which was beautiful when it flowered but within 3 weeks the flowers have been blown off and I would like to know if I should get rid of the flower stems or leave the small bush alone. It seems a short period for it to have flowers. Can you help?

Trimming away the spent blossoms is important to the health of your Rhododendrons.
