Will Autumn Carnival, (encoreazalea). do well in the northeast part of New Jersey with a southern exposure?

You are in USDA hardiness zone 6b and these azaleas are hardy to zone 6b. So you are right on the edge. They need 4 to 6 hours of sun per day, so the southern exposure should work, unless it will get more than 6 hours of sun, which could burn it.
