I just bought a sago palm and need to know how and when I should repot. Not sure what type of soil to use. Thanks so much.

Now is fine for repotting, if it needs it. Since they are rather slow growing, they generally only need repotting if your sago seems to be outgrowing its potted environment. Go up another couple sizes when repotting. Keep the base at the same level in the new pot as it was in the old pot. Well-draining potting soil should be fine for your sago.
