Repotting orchids

How do I repot orchids? Can I cut the old leaves and cut the roots? Also what flowers can I plant first outside

Get a soil mix that is specific for orchids. Bury it in its new container with this mix. You do not need to cut anything off. The leaves can be if they are dead, but leave the roots.
