Repellents Suitable for Container Gardening

Question

I grow vegetables, as well as flowers, in containers and am looking for a repellent for dogs, cats, and raccoons that can be used for these containers. We do eat the vegetables. Any recommendations?

Try either citrus peels or hot pepper powder. They normally do not like these things and will avoid them.
