Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have bought a house with brick siding and also aluminum siding. Creeping vines have been removed but the residue remains: small dead twigs and suckers on the siding. This can be removed by never ending pulling with fingers, a wire brush works too — but the little dots of hard, hard sap that held the vines in place are resistant to everything I have tried — turpentine, oil based thinners, kerosene. I have a pressure washer but do not want to use TSP or muriatic acid on aluminum siding. What can I do? Sandpaper?
