Lemon Tree Plantation Technique

I want to grow lemon tree on 6 acres land with excellent irrigation facilities,  so please guide me on how to grow lemon tree and which tree will give more income? Also, which tree fruit has more demand in the market? Please advise.

I do not know which types would bring in the most income, but Meyer lemons seem to be fairly popular.
