Q.Redbud Leaves Dying
The upper half of the redbud getting the most sun first started curling up, the dried out and are now dropping. The bottom half of the tree still has green healthy leaves.

Unfortunately, your photos did not come through. I won't be able to give you a direct answer. I can point you in the right direction, though. This will likely be bacterial or fungal pathogens. You can try fungicides, but it will not work against many bacterial infections. I'd check with your local extension service, and take samples to them for testing. Once you can get a positive ID, then you can begin to treat it.
