Red veined prayer plant

It has 2 shoots with flowers blooming. The plant is otherwise healthy but not growing. Do the flowers drain growth? Should I cut them off?

Yes, the plant may slow growth while it is blooming.
You can fertilize your plant every couple of weeks with an all purpose fertilizer from May thru September.
This will help the plant support the flowers.
