Red Tip Photinia Plants

How do I get rid of the fungus eating my red tip photinia? Some leaves have holes and there are some purple leaves. I was told to mix dishwashing liquid with water and spray entire plant. Is there more I can do?

Neem oil may also be effective, both as an organic fungicide and pesticide. These articles should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/shrubs/photinia/photinia-leaf-spot.htm [1], https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [2]
