Question

I kept a potted one in the garage this past winter, i watered it sparingly. If its coming back whenshould I expect it to pop up?

If it has been outside all month, I would have expected it to start growing by now. It would probably survive your winters outside if grown on the south side of the house and mulched well for winter.
