Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comRed Acer new last year seems now growing as well as yellow one bought same time, same size. The only difference is the red one on east side garden and yellow on west. Soil dark and damp. Manchester area. Both had same general feed same time last month. Any tips? Should I move it now or later?

Different varieties have different growth rates.
If your soil is poorly draining, this is not ideal for your new tree.
It is best to transplant or move a tree during dormancy; winter or early spring.
