Corn, beans and cucumber plants – can they be made into compost? They are done producing.

Yes, all these plants can be composted. Plus, any other weeds you've pulled from your garden can too. The only exception is that plants that have been attacked by disease shouldn't be composted, and that weeds that have already gone to seed shouldn't be composted.
