Recommendations to remedy spots on my indoor white bird of paradise?

Hello,

I was hoping you could assist me or point me to right direction for some information on my indoor white bird plant. In the last two weeks, I’ve noticed brown spots have developed on multiple leaves. Some spots have also turned into holes if that makes sense. Ive had this plant for two years now and never really had any issues with it.

Any recommendations or information you may have would be greatly appreciated!

This could be a fungal disease; leaf spot.
