Recommendations For A Yellow Leaved Shrub

I am looking to plant an easy boarder of 2 types of shrubs repeated. One of the shrubs will be red robin and I want to alternate these with a yellow shrub of a similar size. The boarder is south east facing. What would you recommend please?

My favorite yellow shrub is 'Sunshine' Ligustrum, which maxes out at 6 feet tall. Red Robin will get much taller if not pruned to a certain height. Ninebark, 'Dart's Gold,' is taller.
