Q.raising Jasmine indoors?
When bringing Jasmine plant indoors before frost, I have sunlight 2 hours directly. Should I use a sunlamp for the other 4 hours? I water on the rim of the plant every other day – it is growing leaps so this must be ok. I transferred it into a 2 gallon pot a few weeks ago and now it is up to my waist. Should I get a bigger pot? Should the fan be high or low and how many inches away. I used Miracle Grow 12% Phosphote is that ok? I have a china plate under it, and I will have a pebbled tray.
this is my first plant in many, many years. Anything you can tell me will be wonderful. Thank you.

It sounds like you are doing fine. A grow light will help if you only have two hours of sun. Hold off on the fertilizer during winter. Set the fan on low if you choose to use one. Here are some articles that should help:
