Is it safe to use pressure treated wood to build a raised bed vegetable garden??

The answer depends on whom you ask. Old pressure treated wood contained an arsenic compound that leached into the soil. There is a new process now (MCQ treated wood) and it is believed to be safe. It uses copper with a different technology than the old method. It has been on the market for about 10 years. Are all the long-term effects known?
