Q.Rainbow Chard Has Blisters On The Leaves, What Can Help?
I planted the rainbow chard in the raised bed on May 23. I grew the seeds under lights and the plants were healthy when I transplanted them. 3 days ago I noticed the stains. I though it might be fungus, the cabbage has also some outer dry leaves, but their damage is limited to a couple of leaves for plant, and the stains are light yellow, not dark like the ones in the chard leaves. I thought that they needed more water and I watered them longer for the last 2 days but the situation has worsen. They are under a screen, the soil is new, I used store bought compost and Jobe’s organic 3-7-4 fertilizer. I also have cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, radishes, spinach, and parsley in the same 4 by 8 bed. What can I do to take care of this problem? Thanks for helping. This is my first attempt at growing vegetables.

Your chard problems are likely fungal or environmental. When you moved them outside did you gradually increase the light from shade to sun? They look like they have sunscald. You mention they are under a screen. Have they always been? Here are some articles that should help:
