Radish pests

Question

When I’m picking my fresh radishes out of my garden. I get these little tiny neon yellow looking bugs all over my hands and arms. Do you know what they and how to get rid of them? Please HELP!

There are many beetles or bugs that can match your description.
You could take the bug to your nearest County Extension Office or upload and image here.
Neem Oil is a good organic treatment for most sucking insects.
