Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI planted three queen palms 2 months ago before we got hit with a 32 degree frost. New frond on one is completely dead, new frond on another is yellowing, and new frond on the third seems to be ok. Could this be a sign of Manganese deficiency?

It looks like a combination of manganese deficiency, and cold damage. One can be fixed with manganese sulfate. The other just takes time. Apply the manganese and give it time, and it will recover on its own.
