After so much rain, the soil has washed away from our mature Queen Ann Palms. What should we do?

First, you need to take a closer look at your drainage in this area. Are there things you could do to improve this to avoid future issues, for instance? This article will help with that: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/yard-drainage-problems.htm

Next, replace the topsoil around your palms and consider adding some types of ground cover (like grass or one of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/slope-hill/hill-ground-cover.htm or mulch (shredded types work best) around them to help prevent soil erosion.
