Pygmy Date Palms

I have them in the ground and in pots . I just cut the fronds all off from trunks. ( they all were brown and dead). Will they grow back? If so, how quickly?

Usually, stripping a palm off of all of its leaves will kill the palm. If this is from frost or cold damage, then the best course of action would be to leave them on until you see any new growth. After they have a few replacement leaves then the others can be cut off. If the center mass was destroyed, then it is likely that it wouldn’t have recovered anyway.
