pussy willow bush

I have a pussy willow bush in my yard. It has plenty of branches but it is not producing any catkins. How do I get the bush to produce some fury catkins?

You may have some strangely grafted variety that was never meant to produce catkins, or the tree is extremely old and not producing any longer. The best option you may have is to perform some severe (and I mean severe!) pruning.
