Purple Queen Setcreasa

I live in Pennsylvania and I would like to know if this perennial can withstand the cold winters. Will it come back in spring and what type of maintenance does it need before fall arrives?

No, in your area the plant will not survive over winter. In fact, it can only be planted outdoors in Zones 7 or higher and is still only treated as an annual. Therefore, it is normally grown indoors. This plant is a form of wandering jew. This article will help you with their care:
