It looks like a smoke tree to me (Cotinus coggygria). Here is an image for identification:

Thank you very much for your reply and letting me it’s name and caring suggestion. I will take care of it according to your suggestion.
Re soil : In your article I found that you alkaline for some plants and acidic soil for some plants. I also read about adding lime. Some people suggests me to mix crashed egg shel with soil.
Do you suggest adding crushed egg shell with soil for all plants ? As bonemeal for plants is not available here.

Shahin – Egg shells provide calcium to your garden which is essential for cell growth in all plants so you may definitely use it. However, bone meal provides phosphorus and calcium. Egg shells do have a small amount of phosphorus but is not as strong a source of phosphorus as bone meal. So, in that respect, they are not totally interchangeable.
