Psyllids on Eucalyptus

Question

Here in Northern California, Red Gum Eucalyptus are being destroyed from Lyrp Psyllid infestation. My three year old was doing well but now completely covered leaves are on the attack! My personnel belief is that some University is hiring Geoengineering Jet spray planes to cover certain regions in their spraying programs. Being paid by some environmental group to kill water gulping Red Gums not indigenous to California. You see these Chemtrail jets all the time, and this tree problem started about the same time they started spraying other chemicals for other purposes.
