We had a cold front and this plant wilted after that. It was beautiful before. Should I prune it and how?

I would trim away the wilted and damaged area of the plants.
You can then wait and see how the plant recovers. Cold damage can take several days to become visible.

If the roots were effected the plant may continue to decline and will not likely recover.
