Pruning Lime Tree

We have a lot of branches with leaves coming from the trunks all the way up. Should all the little branches be cut away. Should we keep only 2 trunks also and get rid of the skinny ones.

I would! These will, only, sap energy away from your fruiting branches, and depending on if your tree is grafted or not, may not even be the same tree.
