pruning grape vines

We are in Waterloo, Ontario and have a few vines and would like to know when it’s the best time to prune the vines and the best way to prune them in our cold climate. Do you by any chance have a video that shows how to prune or recommend one? Would really appreciate your response.

Please go to YouTube and watch the videos. “Training Young Lateral To Reach the Wire.pt1” These are the videos I used when I started my grapevines.
