Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy weeping cherry has been planted for about 6 years. I have pruned it up off the ground a number of times. Some of the branches are very thick and crossing over each other. Can I trim the tree all the way back to the hump at the top? Will new branches grow?
