Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe have just planted a purple leafed sandcherry and it has just finished blooming. A few of the branches only have leaves toward the top of the branches while the rest of the branch is bare. My question is how to prune. Can we prune the top leaves off to encourage growth on the rest of the branch? Also, where on the branches to prune so it doesn’t become leggy? Thank you for your response.
