Q.Pruning A Potted Horsechestnut
I inherited a 20 year old horsechestnut tree in a pot 5 years ago. I have never pruned it. When should I do this please?

Basically, you only need to trim off damaged or dead branches. Keep the pruning light because it will open up the door to disease entry. Here are some tips for pruning horse chestnut trees as well as root pruning, if it is needed.
