Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy Lilac bush is about 8 feet tall at the highest point and about 5 feet circumference. There are a few dead branches in the bush. I was wondering if I cut the branches out at the base, would I hurt the bush? Also, when would be the best time to do it? I think the dead branches are affecting the bush in the fact that the blooms were not as hardy this year.
