When and how should I purine my gerbera daisy??

Prune the wilted or spent flowers all the way back to the crown. This will keep the plant healthy and encourage more flowers.
Pinch or trim old leaves throughout the growing season to keep the plant tidy.
Cut the plants back to about 1″ in the Fall, just before the first frost.
If you are in zones 1-6 you will need to lift the plant and winter indoors.
