How and when to prune Solanum pyracanthum? Can we trim it now in Nov.?

Pruning should be from spring to fall, in it’s active growing period.
This dead head pruning keeps the plant from going to seed and keeps the plant producing flowers.
Let the plant go dormant and leave it until the spring.
