I'm not sure what kind of plant you have. It does not look like a true lily (lilium species). If it is not hardy in your area bring it indoors, either to a sunny area or in a garage or basement that does not freeze. It looks like it is in a container so that should be easy to do. If it will be in a cool area such as a basement, water only about once a month. If you treat it like a houseplant near a sunny window it will need more water. Let the soil dry between waterings.
If the flower is a spathe, it may be a taro plant or elephant ear (alocasia or colocasia). Neither of these tolerate freezing temperatures.
